The Cooperative Playcenter

The Cooperative Playcenter is located at Family Central and is a program of the Ashe Partnership for Children. All programs are free of charge and sponsored by Smart Start. Various programs and playgroups are offered for parents and children to participate in.

Our mission is to nurture an active, supportive community with choices and opportunities for all children and families to become healthy, educated and self-reliant.

Those interested in the playgroups and activities should contact Maribeth Pierce at 336-982-4311 ext. 229.

 

The playcenter may be rented for birthday parties and other activities. If interested in renting the playcenter please call 982-4588.

Parents are required to stay with their children (ages 7 & under) for all programs.
Please do not bring children if they are sick.

Parents are required to lead their children in clean-up after all activities.

The playcenter welcomes any volunteer groups willing to come and sanatize all toys.

opportunities for you and your child(ren) to learn, grow, and make friends!
